The service

Hey Klippi is a Windows desktop helper that looks at your screen, helps you by voice, and can click and type for you if you ask. The app needs an internet connection and an account. We may change or improve the service over time, or remove some features.

Your account

Your account is created through an e-mail link. You're responsible for keeping your details accurate and your account secure. Don't share your account with others.

AI can make mistakes

Klippi's answers and actions are generated by AI and may be wrong or incomplete. For important, hard-to-undo or costly things (payments, deletion, official applications, health, legal, financial matters), check what it did yourself.

In “Do” mode Klippi uses the mouse and keyboard on your behalf. It asks first before steps like sending a message and never touches password fields; you're still responsible for watching your screen and stopping it when needed. File tasks and agent features such as Claude Code/Codex are experimental; keep backups of files that matter.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for anything illegal or in a way that violates others' rights.
• Use Klippi on someone else's computer without their knowledge and permission, or link someone else's chat to your account.
• Get around limits: deleting and re-creating accounts to reset the free limit, using several accounts to dodge limits, or hammering the service with automated tools.
• Reverse-engineer the service to copy it, try to bypass security measures, or harm our servers.

Plans, limits and the free plan

What the Free, Lite and Pro plans include, and their limits, are shown in the pricing section and may change over time. Question counts are estimates; the natural voice and questions with a screenshot use more of your allowance. If demand is high we may pause the free plan temporarily; paid plans aren't affected.

Payment, renewal and cancellation

• A secure payment provider takes payments and issues invoices as the seller; taxes are shown at checkout.
• Subscriptions renew automatically for the period you chose (monthly or yearly) until you cancel.
• You can cancel any time from “Manage subscription” on your Account page. If you cancel, you keep the plan until the end of the period you paid for, then return to the free plan.
• For refund requests, write to [email protected]. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
• If we change prices, we'll tell you before your current period ends.

Content and intellectual property

The Hey Klippi app, brand and site belong to us; we grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive right to use them. The content you give Klippi (what's on your screen, your voice, what you write) remains yours; we only process it to provide the service to you. Ideas you send from the Suggest page may be used to improve the product without any obligation to you.

Third-party services

The service relies on third parties such as AI providers, payment, e-mail and messaging services. Their outages and terms are outside our control. You use tools like Claude Code and Codex with your own accounts and under their own terms.

Warranty and limit of liability

The service is provided “as is”; we don't promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that answers will be correct. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect damages or loss of data, profit or opportunity arising from use of the service, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event. These limits don't affect liability that the law doesn't allow to be excluded (for example intent or gross negligence) or your consumer rights.

Suspension and termination

If you break these terms or abuse the service, we may suspend or close your account. You can stop using the service any time by deleting your account.

Changes

If we update these terms we change the date at the top. We'll tell you about important changes in the app or by e-mail. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. As a consumer, your rights under the mandatory consumer-protection rules where you live remain.
